There can be cases where the tooth movement required would be better achieved using another approach, although the extensive range of Invisalign aligners suit the majority of patients.
At your consultation, every opportunity is provided to discuss your personal wishes and how treatment will progress. From the time involved, to understanding the future movement of your teeth.
Planning & Manufacture
If additional care is required, this can be built into the treatment plan. Setting aside any delay on your first aligners being created, by a state of the art Invisalign centre.
Information is constantly shared online between the centre and orthodontist, to ensure individual accuracy. The initial aligners made for you are soon ready for fitting.
Fitting & Wearing
As your teeth subtly move, new aligners are provided. Timing can vary, aligner changes every 10 to 14 days are normal, with appointments at our London clinic a month or so apart.
Reaching Your Goal
As each set of aligners achieve their objective, you can see your teeth gradually move into place, building towards the smile you wanted.
Invisalign aligners are almost invisible and fit well. You can still remove them for 2 or 3 hours a day without losing effect, for eating, brushing, flossing, or any activity you choose.
